Project Site Selection: The factory is located in the Chemical Industrial Park of Meijiabu Office in Linyi Economic Development Zone, west of Zhengda Road and north of Meigan Road, with specific geographical coordinates near 34 ° 55 ′ 1 ″ N and 118 ° 28 ′ 56 ″ E.

Project origin: Yuanbo Chemical Company currently has 5 construction projects, all of which have been accepted and put into operation. The 4000 ton nitromethane project is a production line of the existing project, which began construction in February 2006 and was fully completed in August 2006. It passed the completion acceptance of environmental protection facilities by Linyi Environmental Protection Bureau in January 2011 (Lin Huan Yan [2011] No. 7). During the actual production and operation process, the construction unit optimized and adjusted the equipment of the 4000 ton nitromethane project. According to relevant requirements, the construction unit decided to carry out post evaluation of the environmental impact of the 4000 ton nitromethane project.

The main optimization and adjustment contents are as follows:

(1) The distillation kettle in the production equipment is no longer used and replaced with a distillation tower; The number of crude steam vessels and synthesis vessels has changed.

(2) Add a set of three effect evaporation facilities to treat the saline wastewater generated by the project.
